What’s been going on with us?
Immediately after Hurricane Ida swept through the city, the team at Thrive New Orleans started discussions internally and with community partners about how to help individuals and families who have been impacted by the storm. As soon as some of T9’s staff could return to the community center, trucks were arriving with large quantities of necessary goods from across the South. We’re organizing these resources and are eager to distribute them to you.
We’re hosting a drive-up distribution event at Thrive 9th Ward to restore and re-stock our neighbors’ lives: this Saturday, September 18th.
