Phase 2 of Thrive Works Green is underway
Thrive Works Green apprentices are in the classroom to earn NCCER certification.
Willie Autman, Thrive’s Green Infrastructure Manager, leads the NCCER accreditation for Phase 2 Apprentices — those who have successfully completed eight weeks of training through Thrive Works Green and were identified as being ready for advanced instruction.
NCCER credentials allow professionals to advance in their careers and build upon their knowledge and skills and demonstrate that the individual holds industry-standard construction knowledge. Credentials are easy to access, track and verify online, allowing learners to share their educational achievements and journey-level certifications with instructors, employers, and industry stakeholders.
